#YourVaccineIsWaiting Campaign Launches by ADAP Advocacy Association

Video campaign hopes to reach marginalized groups within HIV community

ADAP Advocacy Association (aaa⁺) launches a video PSA social media campaign featuring four individuals living with HIV, sharing their personal journey on deciding if a COVID-19 vaccine is right for them and ultimately the reasoning behind the decision to be vaccinated for coronavirus.

(As a matter of full disclosure, the brand management consulting business that I own was hired by by ADAP Advocacy Association to consult on this video project. As a result of my profession and my time, I was paid by this organization for that work. This independent article was not part of any deal or promise made to get that consulting work, however, I did want you to know that financial relationship to be transparent).

These four PSA videos are part of a wider social media campaign launched to raise awareness about being vaccinated for COVID-19 using the hashtag: #YourVaccineIsWaiting.

As part of focusing on marginalized sub-groups in the larger positive community, ADAP chose to share the stories from four amazing people living with HIV:
