Those living with HIV have plenty of reason to celebrate actually living these days. But the fact that we are alive is probably the greatest reason.

But, there are others as well. From the big news that undetectable equals untransmittable ( U=U ), to the announcement that the largest study on long-term survivors is happening, to us all being more present in our lives and those we love. We are blessed.

I recognize that we have a long way to go to make sure the health inequalities are addressed and we make sure that anyone regardless of their address, their sexuality, their race, their sex, or any other part of any of us that creates any barriers for us to reaching an undetectable viral load. And we will keep fighting for that health equity.
